摘要
对模糊软矩阵信息的多专家群决策问题进行了研究.在模糊软集的基础上定义了模糊软矩阵,并定义模糊软矩阵间的相关运算法则,基于这些运算给出了加权算术平均算子和加权几何平均算子.针对在给定模糊软矩阵信息下如何对论域元素进行排序的问题定义了可能度,从而得到可能度矩阵并结合排序向量法给出了一种排序方法.最后,利用集成算子和可能度矩阵等工具给出了一种基于模糊软矩阵信息的多专家群决策途径,并利用实例验证该决策方法的可行性和有效性.
The multi-experts group decision-making problem of fuzzy soft matrix information has been studied. Based on the definition of fuzzy soft sets, a concept of fuzzy soft matrix has been presented and relative operations between fuzzy soft matrices are also defined, and the weighted arithmetic average operator and the weighted geometric average operator are given based on these operations. For the question that how to rank the element of the universe according to the given fuzzy soft matrix information, the possibility degree is defined, respectively. Then the possibility degree matrix has been obtained, and a rank method has been presented by the ranking vector. Finally, a multi-experts group decision-making approach based on fuzzy soft matrix information has been proposed by use of tools such as aggregating operators and the possibility degree matrix and so on, and a practical example has been analyzed to verify feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
