摘要
电场活化聚合物(Dielectric Elastomer)属于大变形超弹性材料,基于ANSYS的超弹性模型对试验数据进行了拟合处理,选取出适合描述电场活化聚合物的超弹性模型——5参数Mooney-Rivlin模型、9参数Mooney-Rivlin模型和3次Ogden模型.依据非线性力学理论推导出了电场活化聚合物的工程应力计算公式,并利用单轴拉伸试验数据验证了这些计算公式的正确性.
Dielectric elastome belongs to hyperelastic material with large deformations, the data was fitted into superelasticity models based on ANSYS, and determined that, Mooney-Rivlin model with five or nine parameters and Ogden model with three orders are suited the mechanical property of dielectric elastomers. According to the non-linear mechanical theory, the formula used in calculation of engineering tensile force of dielectric elastomers was derived, and the validity of the formula was proved by the experimental data.
