Toll样受体与特应性皮炎 被引量:1

摘要 Toll样受体(toll-like receptors,TLR)是参与天然免疫的一类重要蛋白质分子.通过识别微生物病原相关分子模式(pathogen-associated molecular pat-terns,PAMPs),从而有效地诱发机体免疫应答反应。特应性皮炎(atopicdermatitis,AD)是一种慢性炎症性皮肤病,多见于儿童及青少年,常常并发过敏性鼻炎以及哮喘。其发病年龄早,病情反复,瘙痒剧烈.严重影响患者生活质量。其病因及发病机制至今仍未完全明确,可能是环境因素作用于遗传易感性个体。造成免疫调节失常所致。TLR作为连接天然免疫和获得性免疫的桥梁,参与AD的发病。因此,对TLR与AD关系的研究有助于进一步阐明AD的发病机制。有助于提出新的基于TLR的治疗策略。
