嘉兴市居民医疗法律知识的调查分析与建议

Investigation Analysis and Suggestions on Residents' Medical Knowledge of Law in Jiaxing City

目的了解嘉兴市居民的医疗法律知识水平,探讨普及居民医疗法律知识的方法和内容。方法应用自设调查卷采用问卷调查的研究方法进行资料的收集并以epidata3.1和SPSS17.0软件进行数据处理。结果不同年龄不同职业、不同学历的居民了解医疗法律知识的得分情况有显著性差异;不同家庭月收入的居民对医疗法律知识的了解程度无显著性差异(P>0.05),看病不同报销情况的居民对医保的满意度情况有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论目前嘉兴市居民对医疗法律知识的了解情况总体较好,建议加强宣传,引导居民学习医疗法律知识。

Objective：To learn about the situation of the residents＇ medical knowledge of law in Jiaxing City, and discuss the methods and contents to popularize residents＇ medical knowledge of law. Methods： The materials were collected by means of self-made questionnaires and the data processed with softwares of epidata 3.1 and SPSS 17. 0. Results：There is a striking difference in the scores got by the residents of different ages, different professions and different educational backgrounds;that there is no great difference in medical knowledge of law among residents from the families of different monthly incomes （ P 〉 0.05 ） and that there is great difference in satisfactory degree with medical insurance by people with different reimbursements （ P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion：The current situation of residents＇ medical knowledge of law is good in Jiaxing City and they also suggest that there should be a reinforced study and popularization of medical knowledge of law for residents.
