Quantitative Evaluation on Hospital Infection Management in Diagnosis and Treatment Institutions of Stomatology

目的通过量化评估了解口腔诊疗服务机构医院感染管理现状。方法应用综合评估指标体系,对医院感染管理进行全面、综合的量化评估。结果三级医院各项达标情况最好,一、二级医院较好,而民营医院等其他机构各项不达标情况较多;公立医院情况要好于非公立医院。结论各级医院应建立、健全医院感染相关制度,及时落实相关措施,规范口腔器械物品清洗、消毒灭菌和保管,加强医务人员隔离防护培训等。

Objective：To quantitatively evaluate and learn about the current situation of hospital infection manage- ment in medical service institutions of stomatology. Methods：the authors make a comprehensively overall evaluation on hospital infection management with the index system of comprehensive evaluation. Results ： The standard attainment is good in hospitals of the third grade, rather good in hospitals of the first and second grade. However, there are more cases under the standards in private hospitals or other institutions. The conditions in public hospitals are better than those in private hos- pitals. Conclusion： Hospitals of all grades should establish and perfect relevant systems for hospital infection, implement timely the relevant measures, standardize rinse, sterilization and disinfection as well as storage of stomatologic instruments, and strengthen the training of isolation and prevention for medical workers.
