基于护理工作量统计角度的护理人员调配研究

Study on Deployment of Nursing Workers Based on Nursing Workload Statistics

在逐渐引进国外护理新理论、新观点和新方法的基础上,护理管理通过加强临床护理管理、持续护理技能培训、合理配备护理人员和调整护理工作程序等方法来保证护理质量,因此护理人员调配问题是其中重要的阶段性任务。从护理工作量统计角度出发,以病区护理工作为背景,利用护理工作量数据进行统计分析,并用SPSS软件检验此方法的可行性,其对护理资源调配具有一定的借鉴意义。

On the basis of the new ideas, new points of view and new methods of the gradually introduced foreign nursing, it is obvious that nursing management guarantees nursing quality with intensified clinical nursing management, training of continuous nursing skills ,rational deployment of nursing workers and the adjustment of nursing programs. And the deployment of nursing workers is a stage task. From the statistics of nursing work and with the background of nursing work in inpatient areas ,the authors of the paper make statistical analysis on the data of nursing workload and test its feasi- bility by using Software SPSS, which has referencing meaning in the allocation of nursing resources.
