摘要
【目的】观察原发性高血压(EH)患者应用替米沙坦或贝那普利治疗前后血清内皮脂肪酶(EL)和脂联素(APN)水平的变化。【方法】将63例轻度EH患者随机分成替米沙坦组(n=32)和贝那普利组(n=31),进行12周的药物治疗,30例健康人作为对照组。测定健康人及EH患者治疗前后血清EL和APN的水平。【结果】EH患者治疗前血清EL浓度显著高于对照组,血清APN浓度显著低于对照组(P〈0.01)。与治疗前比较,替米沙坦组和贝那普利组治疗后血清EL水平显著降低,而APN水平显著升高(P〈0.01),其中替米沙坦组EL水平下降,APN水平升高的幅度显著大于贝那普利组(P〈0.05)。【结论】替米沙坦和贝那普利均能使EH血清EL活性降低及APN水平升高,但替米沙坦更显优越。
[Objeetive]To observe the changes of serum levels of endothelial lipase(EL) and adiponectin (APN) in patients with essential hypertension(EH) before and after the treatment with telmisartan or benaze- pril. [Methods] Totally 63 mild EH patients were randomly divided into telmisartan group( n=32) and benazepril group( n = 31). The treatment course was 12 weeks. Thirty healthy people were selected as the control group. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect serum EL and APN levels in healthy people and EH patients before and after treatment. [Results] Before the treatment, serum EL level in EH patients was significantly higher than that in healthy controls, but serum APN level in EH patients was significantly lower than that in healthy controls( P 〈0.01). Compared with before treatment, serum EL level in telmisartan group and benazepril group after treatment significandy decreased, but APN level markedly in- creased( P 〈0.01). EL level in telmisartan group after treatment decreased, and the increasing of APN level in telmisartan group was significantly higher than that in benazepril group( P 〈0. 05). [Conclusion] Both telmisartan and benazepril can decrease serum EL activity and increase APN level in patients with mild essen- tial hypertension, but telmisartan has better efficacy.
