信息素养自1989年引入我国,到现在已经有了一定的研究体系,理论研究和实践研究日趋系统化,研究范围逐渐扩大,研究群体也不断专业化,且已经形成了系统化的信息素养研究生培养制度。根据1989—2011年中国期刊网关于信息素养的论文所建立的信息素养期刊论文数据库,通过对信息素养17年发展阶段和特征的分析、研究和梳理,试图探寻我国信息素养的发展规律和趋势,这对于认识我国信息素养研究的历史脉络、推进信息素养研究的发展、提高研究水平具有重要意义。
