摘要 目的:了解流行病学双语教学改革的教学效果。方法:采用问卷调查方式,于2010年12月对中南大学临床医学2007级七年制、2006级八年制学生及2010级留学研究生进行调查。教学改革包括教材、教学内容、教学方法和教学方式等。结果:96.7%的学生对双语教学感兴趣;学生最感兴趣的章节是病例对照研究;觉得最难的章节是变异与偏倚;96.7%的学生对所选教材感到满意;98.3%的学生对双语教学感到满意,100%的学生都觉得双语教学的授课方式好。91.7%的学生收获较大或很大,具体收获主要体现在:专业水平、专业英语水平的提高,了解流行病学的科研方法,有助于提高科研创新能力。结论:在本校长学制临床专业开展医学流行病学双语教学是可行的,深受学生欢迎,可根据不同学生的特点进行必要的调整来进一步完善流行病学的双语教学。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of epidemiology bilingual teaching reform. Method:Self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate teaching reform effect among the seven-year, eight-year, and foreign clinical medicine students of Central South University.Teaching reform measures included textbook, teaching content, teaching methods, and teaching style reform.Result:96.7% of the students are interested in bilingual teaching.They think that the chapter of case-control study is the most interesting one. The chapter variability and bias is the most difficulty one.96.7% of the students are satisfied with the textbook.98.3% of the students are satisfied with the bilingual teaching.100% of the students think that the teaching style is favorable.91.7% of the students think that they learn a lot.The concrete gains are mainly about the improving of Professional level, Specialized English level, epidemiological research methods, and the innovation ability of scientific research. Conclusion:h is feasible to develop epidemiology bilingual teaching for long educational system clinical medicine. We can make the necessary adjustments to perfect the bilingual teaching of Epidemiology according to the different characteristics of students.
