摘要
通过对近年来日益频繁的国际交流与合作中的探索与改革,本办公室对外宾接待工作积累了一些经验和体会。外宾接待工作要依靠标准化、细节化的接待流程,加强与科室的沟通与协作,并采用外事联络员制度、访问教授称号制度等提高接待水平,扩大国际影响力,为更深层次的国际合作奠定基础。
University Hospital has several experiences of Foreign Guests Reception Work.Offering special standardized reception procedures for foreign guests, the implementation of a service-oriented work style for the reception staff designed to fit the needs of the foreign guests and branding the hospital as a world-class medical facility, reinforce the international culture of the hospital, including updating the English language signs throughout the hospital grounds, creating an English version of our website, and English language and cultural training courses for information desk and registration staff
