结核感染T细胞斑点实验中两种细胞计数方法的对比分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的通过比较人工计数法和SYSMEX K-4500自动血细胞分析仪在结核感染T细胞斑点实验(T-SPOT-TB)中对提取出的外周血单个核细胞悬液计数结果,探讨SYSMEXK-4500自动血细胞分析仪计数是否可用于T-SPOT-TB检验中。方法采用随机、对照、开放性实验设计,对T-SPOT-TB实验中外周血单个核细胞悬液分别用显微镜人工计数和SYSMEXK-4500血细胞分析仪计数WBC,数据用线性回归和配对t检验方法进行分析。结果两种方法回归方程Y=0.9944X+0.0237,r=0.9988,两者结果符合性较好。结论 SYSMEX K-4500血细胞分析仪计数可取代人工显微镜计数法用于T-SPOT-TB实验中对细胞悬液的计数。
