孕中晚期羊水叶酸、同型半胱氨酸及锌随孕周变化的规律分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过检测孕中晚期不同孕周羊水叶酸、同型半胱氨酸以及锌的水平,探讨孕中晚期羊水叶酸、同型半胱氨酸以及锌随孕周变化的规律。方法对184例健康孕妇孕18~30孕周羊水进行叶酸、同型半胱氨酸和锌水平进行检测分析。结果孕大于或等于18~<21周、≥21~<25周以及大于或等于25~<30周羊水的叶酸、同型半胱氨酸以及锌的水平以中位数(四分位间距)表示分别为10.72ng/mL(5.51ng/mL),4.89μmol/L(2.56μmol/L),4.85μmol/L(6.11μmol/L);17.04ng/mL(5.14ng/mL),2.90μmol/L(3.20μmol/L),2.20μmol/L(2.89μmol/L);17.68ng/mL(5.23ng/mL),2.70μmol/L(4.08μmol/L),1.95μmol/L(10.56μmol/L)。羊水的叶酸、同型半胱氨酸及锌与孕周之间的相关性分析结果分别为:r=0.253,P=0.036;r=-0.282,P=0.024;r=-0.260,P=0.031。结论健康孕中晚期羊水的叶酸水平呈逐渐升高趋势,羊水同型半胱氨酸和锌水平呈逐渐降低趋势。
