海拔4500m地区藏、汉人群外周血淋巴细胞亚群检测 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨高原缺氧对机体免疫功能及其免疫调节功能的影响。方法采用流式细胞术对高海拔地区(4 500 m)52名健康汉族人群和35名健康藏族人群进行了淋巴细胞亚群CD4+、CD8+、CD3-CD19+(B细胞)、CD3-CD56+(NK细胞)测定,并与中度海拔(西宁)地区45名健康汉族人群进行了比较。结果 2个海拔的CD4+、CD8+、CD3-CD19+、CD3-CD56+各项中,4 500 m人群CD8+高于西宁组,CD4+明显低于西宁组,P<0.05;CD19+(B细胞)西宁组高于高海拔组,P<0.05;海拔4 500 m汉族、世居藏族人群的CD4+、CD8+无统计学意义比较,P>0.05;CD3-CD56+(NK)藏族低于汉族,P<0.05;CD3-CD19+(B细胞)藏族高于汉族,P<0.05。结论高原低氧环境影响机体的免疫调节功能。 To investigate the impact of high altitude hypoxia on immune function, the lymphocyte subsets of CD4+, CD8+, CD372DI9+ (B ceils) and CD372D56+ (NK cells) of 52 healthy Han Chinese and 35 healthy Tibetan people in high-altitude areas (4 500 m) were detected using the flow cytometry, and compared them with 45 healthy Han Chinese in middle-altitude areas (Xining area). We found that the level of CD8~ in 4 500 m area groups was higher than that of Xining group, but CD4~ is obviously lower than that of the Xining group (both P〈0.05); the level of CD19~ (B ceils) in Xining group is higher than that of the other group in high-altitude areas (P〈0.05. There is no statistical significance of CD8+ and CD4+ levles in Tibetan group and Han group of high altitude area (P〈0.05), while the level of CD3-CD19+ (B cells) in Tibetan group was higher than that in Han group of high altitude area (P〈 0.05). We get the conclusion that lymphocyte subsets of the indicators are part of change in the environment of high altitude hypoxia.
