川东北地区健康人群五种元素的含量分析

Content analysis of 5 kinds of element among healthy population in Northeast of Sichuan

目的了解川东北地区健康人群中五种元素(铜、铁、锌、镁、钙)含量水平。方法采用回顾性总结的方法,对川东北地区2009年1月至2011年6月8973名健康人群的铜、铁、锌、镁、钙含量进行分析。结果不同年龄段五种元素含量无统计学意义差异(P>0.05);男性与女性之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);川东北地区与成都地区参考值范围相比,铜、锌差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),钙、镁、铁差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论川东北地区应根据该地区的特点制定铜、锌的参考值范围,以避免过量补充该类元素。

Objective To understand the content levels of copper（Cu）,iron（Fe）,zinc（Zn）,magnesium（Mg） and calcium（Ca） among healthy population in the Northeast of Sichuan.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on content levels of the five elements detected in 8 973healthy subjects in the Northeast of Sichuan from January 2009to June 2011.Results There was no statistical difference of content levels of the five elements between different age groups and different genders（P〉0.05）.The differences of Cu and Zn levels between this area and Chengdu area were significant（P〈0.05）,but of Ca,Mg and Fe were not significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The reference value range of Cu and Zn should be established according to the characteristic of this area to avoid excessive supplement of these elements.
