小腿皮神经营养血管逆行岛状皮瓣延迟修复足部难愈创面 被引量:1

摘要 小腿皮神经营养血管皮瓣具有切取简便、不损害主干血管、可邻近转移、皮瓣感觉较好、皮肤质量佳等诸多优点,临床应用较广。但我们在实际工作中注意到这类皮瓣仍有一定局限性:(1)由于蒂部旋转点较高[1],转移后可修复踝、足后及小腿远1/3段胫前的软组织缺损,但不能覆盖足部中远端创面。
