葛根素治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效观察

Observation of the clinical curative effect of puerarin of sudden deafness

目的:探讨葛根素治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法:将40例突发性耳聋患者随机分为两组,对照组给予低分子右旋糖酐、丹参及地塞米松磷酸钠注射液静脉点滴,维生素B1、维生素B12肌肉注射、高压氧面罩吸入治疗。治疗组在此基础上再给予葛根素注射液静脉点滴,各连续治疗10 d后复查纯音测听,比较两组的总有效率。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为81.8%、50.0%(P<0.05),两组差异具有统计学意义。结论:葛根素是治疗突发性耳聋的有效药物。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of puerarln in sudden deafness. Methods： Forty patients of sudden deaf- ness were randomly divided into two groups. The control group were treated with low molecular dextran, danshen, dexamethasone sodium phosphate by intravenously guttae ,vitamin B1 ,and vitamin B12 by intramuscular injection. Hyperbaric oxygen was inhaled through a mask. The treatment group was treated with puerarin except for that above. The hearing level after one period of 10 days were reviewed and com- pared. Results： The treatment group and control group were compared with significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion：Puerarin i^eetion is an effective drug of sudden deafness.
