14-3-3蛋白在阿尔茨海默病中的作用机制

摘要 14-3-3蛋白在大脑中是含量最高的蛋白,具有调节细胞周期进程、程序性死亡、细胞增殖和生存等基本生命过程。从14-3-3蛋白的抗凋亡作用和与tau的作用中阐述近年来国内外学者对AD的作用机制。但14-3-3蛋白靶蛋白有上百种,它在AD的发病和病理过程中的机制和综合效应有待进一步研究。
