CT与X线诊断脊柱骨折的临床价值比较研究

Comparison of Diagnostic Value of X-ray and CT Imaging of Spinal Fractures

目的:探讨CT与X线在诊断脊柱骨折方面的临床应用价值。方法:选择2009年2月-2010年7月期间区院脊柱骨科收治的脊柱骨折患者80例,对所有患者行X线平片和CT扫描诊断,对影响学结果进行分析和比较。结果:CT诊断结果与手术诊断的相符率为96.25%,X线诊断结果与手术诊断的相符率为80.00%,两种方法的诊断相符率比较具有显著性差异(χ2=5.86,P=0.00)。CT诊断的各项指标平均得分为(11.62±1.62),X线诊断的各项指标平均得分为(8.89±1.71),两种方法的诊断指标得分比较具有显著性差异(t=4.67,P=0.01)。结论:CT诊断与X线比较,在诊断脊柱骨折方面具有较高的影像学诊断价值。对于轻度的脊柱骨折患者可选用X线诊断法,对于重度的脊柱骨折患者应该选用CT诊断。

Objective ： To study the comparison of diagnostic value of X - ray and CT imaging of spinal fractures. Meth- ods ： 80 patients with spinal fractures were diagnosed by X - ray and CT imaging, the diagnostic signs and scores were ob- served. Results ： The diagnostic success rate of CT imaging （ 95. 25% ） was significantly higher than that of X - ray （80. 00% , with 2 = 5.86 and P = 0.00）. The average score of CT （ 11.62 ±1.62）was significantly higher than that of X -ray（8.89 ± 1.71,with t = 4.67 and P = 0.01 ）. Conclusion：The diagnostic value of CT of spinal fractures is higher than that of X- ray. If the patients with mild spinal fractures dont need surgical treatment, X- ray examination can be the first choice. If the patients need surgical treatment, CT examination should be the first choice.
