靳三针加大陵穴配合五音调式干预对中风后轻中度认知功能障碍的临床研究

Clinical Study on Effect of Jin Needling Plus Daling Point Combined with Music Therapy on Mild Cognitive Dysfunction after Stroke

目的:观察靳三针加大陵穴配合五音调式音乐治疗中风后轻中度认知功能障碍的疗效。方法:以中风后轻中度认知功能障碍患者60例为观察对象,分为干预组和对照组,每组30例。治疗前后采用简明精神状态量表(MMSE)对其认知功能进行评定,观察两组方法对中风后轻中度认知功能障碍患者的康复效果。结果:靳三针加大陵穴配合五音调式音乐干预治疗组能提高MMSE积分,优于靳三针加大陵穴对照组(P<0.05)。结论:靳三针加大陵穴配合五音调式音乐能提高中风后轻中度认知功能障碍功能的MMSE的积分。

Objective ： To observe the effect of acupuncture cooperated with music therapy on post - cerebral infarction mild cognitive dysfunction. Methods ： Sixty patients with post - cerebral infarction mild cognitive dysfunction were random-ly divided into an observation group and a control group ,30 cases in each group. The influences on MMSE were investiga- ted. Results：Acupuncture cooperated with music therapy significantly increased MMSE sore. The effect was better in con- trol group than observation group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Acupuncture cooperated with music therapy can significantly improve MMSE in patients with post -cerebral infarction mild cognitive dysfunction.
