中西医结合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭临床观察

Observation of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure Treated with Combination of Western Medicine and TCM

目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效及对血液流变学指标和心功能的影响。方法:将慢性充血性心力衰竭90例随机分为对照组45例和治疗组45例,对照组用常规西药治疗,治疗组加用中药汤剂治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为88.9%,对照组总有效率73.3%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组的血液流变学指标的改变也优于对照组。研究中未发现与使用药物等治疗有关的不良反应。结论:中西医结合对慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的患者具有降低血液黏滞度、纠正心力衰竭的作用。

Objective ：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on chronic congestive heart failure（CHF） treated with combination of western medicine and TCM and the effect on the hemorheology index and the heart function. Method：90 cases of chronic congestive heart failure（CHF） were ranomly divided into two groups. 45 cases were treated with routine western medicine as the control group while 45 cases were treated with the injection and decoction of TCM in addition as the study group. Result：The total effective rate of treatment group was 88.9% ,control group was 73.3%. The treatment group had obviously superiority than that of control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. After the above - mentioned therapy, the parament- ers of hemorrheology were also significantly decreased compared with those before therapy. There were no adverse effects resulting from using drugs in the research. Conclusion ： In cases with chronicongestive heart failure （CHF） treatment of combination of western medicine and TCM may drop blood viscosity and reclaim heart failure.
