AO远端内侧锁定钢板治疗老年肱骨髁上骨折15例 被引量：2

摘要 肱骨远端解剖形态复杂，主要为松质骨构成骨量较少，肱骨髁上骨折治疗较为困难。老年人由于骨质疏松，增加了内固定难度，术后需延长制动时间而影响功能。2008年3月-2011年8月，我们采用肱骨后内侧延伸入路（Mayo人路）及AO（Arbeitsgemein-schaft fur Osteosynthesefragen）肱骨远端内侧锁定钢板治疗老年肱骨髁A2骨折15例，取得良好效果。
