摘要 目的 SLIT是一种由神经胶质细胞分泌的细胞外基质蛋白,包含3种亚型。其中SLIT2在肿瘤中的作用存在争议。本文旨在探讨SLIT2在乳腺癌中的表达差异。方法采用免疫组化方法检测SLIT2在乳腺癌中的表达情况以及和ER、PR和HER2表达的关系。结果 SLIT2在乳腺癌中的表达与ER、PR正相关,与淋巴结转移负相关,与癌巢血管密度负相关。结论SLIT2分子有抑制乳腺癌细胞生长、转移的作用,对其信号转导机制的研究有可能为乳腺癌的防疗提供新的靶点。 Objective SLIT is a kind of extracellular matrix protein secreted by glycoproteins, including three subtypes. Recently, the role of SLIT2 in tumor caused widespread concern. We examined the difference in the expression of SLIT2 in breast cancer. Methods Using immunohistochemistry, we examined the expression of SLIT2 and its correlation with cIinieopathoiogiea[ features, including ER, PR, and HER2, in breast canc- er. Results The expression of SLIT2 in breast cancer was positively correlated with ER and PR, negatively correlatied with lymph node metastasis and vascular proliferation in the cancer nests. Conclusion The SLIT2 molecules inhibit cell growth and metastasis in breast cancer. Exploring the signal transduction mechanism of the SLIT2 molecule in breast cancer cells is likely to provide a new target for breast cancer treatment.
