Advances in Study on Vasculitis Associated Gastrointestinal Disease

血管炎相关性胃肠病临床表现复杂,早期极易误诊,已越来越受到医学界的重视。血管炎相关性胃肠病的病因迄今尚未完全阐明,但随着研究的深入,对该病的发病机制和临床表现的认识可为疾病的早期诊断和治疗提供依据。本文就目前血管炎相关性胃肠病的研究进展作一综述。

The manifestations of vasculitis associated gastrointestinal disease are complex and misdiagnosis is irequent in its early stage. More attention and emphasis has been paid by gastroenterologists in recent years. The etiology of vasculitis associated gastrointestinal disease is not yet fully clarified. However, the recognition of its pathogenesis and clinical manifestations by recent deeper study will provide the evidence for early diagnosis and treatment. This article reviewed the advances in study on vasculitis associated gastrointestinal disease.
