摘要 对超超临界汽轮机高压内缸裂纹采用ENiCrFe-1焊条的补焊修复过程,以及缸体材料(ZG14Cr1Mo1VTiB)和熔敷金属成分、组织、性能进行了研究。采用在补焊裂纹尖端加工圆弧,改进补焊工艺,焊后整体热处理等措施,解决了缸体材料特殊、刚性大、补焊难度大的裂纹焊接修复技术难题。 The welding repairing process for the crack of high pressure inner cylinder in ultra-supercritical steam turbine with ENiCrFe-1 welding rods was studied, and the composition, microstructure and performance of cylinder material (ZG14Crl MolVTiB)and weld metal were analyzed. The results show that taking the measurements of machining arc on the tip of the welding crack, improving welding process and whole heat-treatment after welding can solve the technical problems in crack's welding repairing with special block material, large rigidity and difficult welding repairing.
