摘要
分析了窄流道叶轮的组成部分和用途,并对原涂料工艺产生的铸造缺陷作了描述。通过对全硅溶胶制壳的优缺点、干燥原理及原涂料工艺问题的分析,结合生产实际的经验摸索,提出了该类窄流道叶轮涂料工艺的优化改进措施。实践证明,采用改进的涂料工艺,铸件漏钢现象得到有效控制,提高了窄流道叶轮铸件的合格率。
The components and the use of a narrow channel impeller were analyzed, and the casting defects of using original coating process was described. Based on analyzing the advantages and disadvantages, the drying principle and the problem of primary coating process in silicon sol shelling process, the optimization improvements of the coating process for narrow channel impellers were put forward combined with the actual production experience. Practice proves that, using improved coating technology, the leakage phenomenon of molten steel in casting process is effectively controlled, the qualified rate of castings is greatly improved.
