摘要
针对某企业加热炉温度控制所采用的以微机为核心的控制系统中长期以来存在的可靠性以及抗干扰性较差等问题,以PLC为核心对温度控制系统做了进一步的优化设计和改进。该方法大大提高了系统的可靠性和抗干扰性。使得系统的控制精度,重复性得到了明显改善。
Aimed at the problems of poorer reliability and anti-jamming in the control system taking microcomputer as core for temperature control of heating furnace, further optimization and improvement of the temperature control system with PLC as core were completed. Application shows the method greatly improves the reliability and anti-jamming of the control system, and the control accuracy and reproducibility obviously improves.
