虚寒证、虚热证患者尿PGE_2、PGF_(2α)排出量的临床观察 被引量:15

Clinical Observation on Urine Excretion of PGE_2,PGF_2α in Patients with Deficiency-Cold Syndrome and Deficiency-Heat Syndrome

摘要 用放射免疫方法测定17例虚寒证患者、15例虚热证患者及19名健康人尿中 PGE_2、PGF__(2α)排出量的变化。结果发现:虚寒证患者尿中 PGE_2排出量下降,PGF_(2α)排出量升高,PGE_2/PGF_(2α)比值明显下降;而虚热证患者尿中 PGE_2排出量升高,PGF_(2α)无明显变化,PGE_2/PGF_(2α)比值升高。提示:PGE、PGF 与中医寒热辨证密切相关。 The 3 hours' urine excretion of PGE_2 and PGF_2α in 32 patients and 19 healthy persons were determined by RIA.According to TCM,the patients were divided into two groups:17 cases of deficiency-cold syndrome and 15 cases of deficiency-heat syndrome.The result showed that in patients with deficiency-cold syndrome,the excretion of urine PGE_2 was lower than that of the normal control(P<0.05),while the excretion of urine PGF_2α higher than that of the normal control (P<0.01) and hence the PGE_2/PGF_2α ratio was much lower(P<0.01);in those with deficiency-heat syndrome,the excretion of urine PGE_2 was higher(p<0.01),the excretion of urine PGF_2α had no significant change (P>0.05) from the normal,and the PGE_2/PGF_2α ratio was higher(P<0.01).The above result indicates a close relationship between prostaglandins and the cold and heat nature of syndromes in TCM.In connection with our previous studies that showed decreased functioning of the sympathetic-adrenomedullary system and/or increased functioning of the parasympathetic nervous system with diminished catecholamines and reduced cAMP/CGMP ratio in deficiency-cold syndrome while increased functioning of the sympathetic-adrenomedullary system with augmented cate- cholamines and cAMP in deficiency-heaL syndrome,the change of prostagtandins level can be considered as an intermediate link in the pathogenesis of syndromes different in Cold and heat nature.
