摘要
目的:高效液相色谱法测定清涩比黑马尔江散中没食子酸的含量。方法:甲醇一0.025%磷酸溶液(4:96);流速lmL/min;检测波长270 nm柱温:25℃;进样量:l0μL;分析方法:外标法。结果:没食子酸在10.6～106.0μg范围内线性良好(r=0.9996),方法精密度为RSD为0.42%(n=5),平均回收率为99.0%,RSD为1.3%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确、测得结果稳定重现性好,可作为该制剂中没食子酸的含量测定方法。
Objective： Determination of Qing Se Bi Hei Ma er jiang powder in gallic acid. Methods： a 0. 025% methanol, phos- phoric acid （four ninety - six） ; flow lmL. min-1 ; detection wavelength 270 nm column temperature： 25 ℃ ; injection volume： lOp, L; analysis methods external standard method, results： gallic acid in 10. 6 - 106. 0μg. range of good linearity （r = 0. 9996）, method precision was RSD = 0. 42% （n = 5）, the average recovery was 99.0%, RSD was 1.3% （n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and measured results are stable and reproducible and can be used in the preparation of gallic acid method.
