中西医结合治疗周围性面神经麻痹60例临床观察

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗周围性面瘫的治疗效果。方法:对120例病例随机分成两组,治疗组、对照组各60例,对照组给予口服强的松片、注射VitB1,VitB12等西药常规治疗,治疗组应用中西医结合方法,在对照组的基础上加用针刺、按摩疗法综合治疗,治疗四周后观察疗效。结果:中西医结合治疗组疗效优于单纯西药对照组。结论:在西医常规治疗周围性面神经麻痹的基础上加用针刺、按摩效果更为显著,临床的针刺治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,且经济实用,几乎无毒副作用。
