内固定钛板在颌骨骨折治疗中的临床效果

摘要 目的:探讨内固定钛板在颌骨骨折治疗中的临床效果及优势。方法:对20例颌骨骨折病人应用内固定钛板的临床资料进行分析,阐述内固定钛板的优越性。结果:20例患者骨折复位及固定良好,咬合关系恢复正常,无严重并发症的发生。结论:钛板内固定的效果良好,并发症及后遗症少,内固定钛板性能良好,可长期留置,不需取出。 Objectives Summary of purpose within the fixed jaw fracture plate in the treatment of clinical efficacy and superiority. Methods 20 cases of patients with jaw fracture fixation plate of the clinical data analysis, internal fixation on the superiority of titanium plate. Results of 20 patients fracture reduction and good fixed occlusion to return to normal, without serious complications. Conclusion plate with a fixed good effect, fewer complications and sequelae, within the fixed plate of good, long - term detention, removal.
