摘要 非洲大陆的政治文化多样性与地区间经济发展极不平衡,决定了非洲基础教育实现均衡发展的复杂性。以尼日利亚初等教育为例,探讨其实现均衡发展道路上所呈现的突出问题:就学性别差异、政策实施体系不完善、教育语言复杂和宗教文化影响深刻等。在此基础之上,试图探寻非洲基础教育不均衡发展的可能解决之道。 The diversity of cultures, politics, unbalanced regional economic development, makes it hard to achieve the Balanced development of basic education in Africa. This paper studies the primary education in Nigeria in terms of gender, policy, teaching languages, and religious culture, in an attempt to find the way to solve the unbalanced development of basic education in Africa.
