摘要
网络教学过程及其运行机制是一个由内外部环境、大系统和子系统以及各种要素组成的复杂系统,研究和构建适合我国国情的运行机制,对当今信息时代利用各种媒介实施网络教育,使受教育群体扩大到整个社会成员,从而实现学习型社会,构建终身教育体系有着重要的现实意义。
