抵抗素是2001年新发现的由脂肪细胞及单核细胞等分泌的一种脂肪细胞因子,近年来成为研究热点。抵抗素在代谢综合征中起了重要作用,它不仅参与肥胖、胰岛素抵抗和血脂代谢障碍等代谢性疾病,在动脉粥样硬化、高血压、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心病和血栓的形成等心血管相关疾病的发生、发展中也起了重要作用,与心血管相关疾病的预后密切相关。

Resistin is a newly discovered lipocyte factor secreted by lipocytes and monocytes and so on in 2001 and it has become the focus of research in recent years. Resistin plays an important role in metabolic syndrome, which not only participates in obesity,insulin resistance and blood-lipid metabolic diseases, but also plays important roles in the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis, high blood pressure, coronary atherosclerosis heart disease and thromboembolic disease, associated closely with the prognosis of cardiovascular diseases.
