摘要
轴索过度生长抑制因子A(Nogo-A)是近年来人们在中枢神经系统髓磷脂中研究发现的一种抑制轴突生长的蛋白,对神经细胞再生有显著的抑制作用。缺血后适应是近年来发现的一种新的干预措施,作为缺氧耐受现象的一种,可以显著地减轻缺血/再灌注损伤。现就Ngoo-A与缺血后适应脑保护的研究进行综述,探讨两者与神经损伤修复的关系。
Neurite outgrowth inhibitor-A (Nogo-A)is one type of protein which inhibit the growth of axon discovered in the study of the central nervous system myelin in recent years, which obviously restrains regen- eration of nerve cells. As a kind of phenomenons of hypoxia tolerance, isehemic postconditioning may lessen isehemia/reperfusion injury remarkably. Here is to make a review on Nogo-A and ischemie postconditioning in the study of brain protection to explore the relationship between them and nerve repair.
