摘要 近年来鲍曼不动杆菌引起的医院感染和社区感染日益增多,并呈现出多重耐药甚至泛耐药趋势。其耐药机制复杂多样,主要有产生药物相关酶类、药物作用靶位改变、细菌外膜通道蛋白改变、药物主动外排及其他耐药机制。多重耐药性的产生通常由一种机制或多种机制共同作用导致。现对近年来鲍曼不动杆菌主要耐药机制的研究进展进行归纳,为指导临床治疗和研究提供参考。 In recent years, outbreaks of nosocomial and community infection caused by multi-drug-resist- ant or pan-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii strains have increased. The resistance mechanism of Acinetobact- er baumannii is complex, which include production of drug-hydrolyzing enzymes, changes of drug target, chan- ges of porin proteins, drug initiative affiux and others. The multi-drug-resistance is usually generated by one or several mechanisms. Here is to summarize the progress in resistance mechanism of Acinetobacter baumannii and provide references to clinical treatment and research.
