人类情绪的外周自主反应与中枢神经机制的整合——情绪信息加工脑功能网络模型的初步构想 被引量:4

摘要 研究证据显示,人类的一些基本情绪不仅伴随着特异性的外周自主反应,也激活了大脑皮层与皮层下的不同神经环路。但是,外周与中枢的整合机制还亟待阐明。本文在回顾了这两方面的研究资料后,通过对近期提出的情绪环路模型和神经内脏整合模型的评述,试图说明人类情绪的中枢神经机制是一个包含多成分、多层次脑活动系统的开放性功能网络。这一网络需要与内外环境持续相互作用,才能协调不同系统之间的活动,以实现生存适应的基本功能。最后,文章结合感觉与情绪信息传入的"双通路"加工机制,引入认知及动机与情绪评价等因素的影响,初步构想了一个解释人类情绪信息加工的脑功能网络模型。 Evidence has recently shown that some specific peripheral autonomic responses and different neural circuit activations in cortex and sub-cortex are involved in the human emotions, but their integration mechanism needs to be urgently explained. After introducing the two aspects of research data, emotion circuit model and neuroviseeral integration model were reviewed to argue that the central neural mechanism of human emo- tions could be an open functional network consisting of multi-components or multi-levels brain activity systems. Moreover, it must interact with the inner and outside circumstances continuously, so as to coordinate activities of the different brain systems and bring about the function of adaptive existence. Finally, according to the "dual path" processing mechanism of the sensory and emotional information, as well as introducing the impact of cognition and motivation and emotional evaluation, we proposed a network model of brain function which might explain the human emotional information processing.
