浅谈非洲汉语教学师资本土化建设

A Probing Study on the Localization of Chinese Teachers in Africa

根据非洲汉语推广的现状,针对"汉语热"所凸显的师资紧缺问题,提出加快非洲汉语教学师资本土化建设的建议和策略,旨在解决当前非洲汉语教学师资短缺的问题,为非洲汉语推广的可持续发展提供新思路。

With a view to the current situation of the Chinese promotion in Africa,the teacher shortage has become a prominent problem in this ＂Chinese learning fever＂.For giving some suggestions to solve the bottleneck of teacher shortage and contributing a little to the sustainable development of Chinese promotion in Africa,this paper suggests accelerating the localization of Chinese teachers in Africa,and some related strategies will also be probed.
