51例年轻人脑梗塞的病因分析

the Etiologic Analysis of 51 Cases of Cevebral Infarction in Young Adults

对51例年轻人脑梗塞的病因进行了分析。男34例、女17例,平均年龄33.7岁。在已知病因的26例中,主要病因是高血压动脉硬化和心脏疾患。少见病因有无脉病、脑底异常血管网及糖尿病。25例病因不明。认为对年轻人脑梗塞应进行仔细检查,特别是超声心动图、脑血管造影、CT及血流变学等对其病因诊断有重要意义。

The etiology of 51 cases of cerebral infarction in young adults was studied. Thirty-four of them were male and 17 were female, their average age was 33.7. In 26 cases the causes had been diagnosed hypertension and arterioseclerosis and eardiogenic embolism were most common and the others were takayasu, moya-moya diseases, diabetes millitus and so on. The causes of the remain ing 25 cases were unknown The author suggests that more comprehensive studies such as CT scan, angiography, UCG, hemodromography, blood-fat should be carried out to improve the diagnostic accuracy and therapeutic effect in young adults with cerebral infarction.
