新型SVPWM五电平控制算法及过调制研究 被引量:2

A Novel SVPWM Algorithm for Five-level Inverter Considering Overmodulation Region

摘要 为提高直流电压利用率,减少五电平逆变器SVPWM算法的计算时间,提出了一种新型SVPWM算法。新算法无需对坐标系进行变换,计算中不会出现根号矩阵,因此减少了计算量且可应用到五电平及多电平领域,并对过调制区域的控制进行了分析以扩大调制范围。通过对现有算法与先前算法进行比较表明,新算法的效率很高。基于DSPTMS320F28335和FPGA控制器进行算法实现,并在二极管箝位式五电平实验平台上进行实验,结果验证了这种算法及过调制区域控制的有效性和可行性。 In order to reduce the calculation time of five-level inverter SVPWM algorithm and increase the DC bus voltage utilization ratio, this paper proposes a new SVPWM algorithm, in which the coordinates transformation is not necessary,so it reduces the calculation and can be used into five-level and multilevel SVPWM algorithm,and the control strategy of overmodulation region is analyzed to expand modulation range.DSP TMS320F28335 and FPGA are adopted in the experiment and the results prove the feasibility of the algorithm even in the overmodulation region.
