摘要
介绍了一种适用于大功率行波管测试设备的高压电源系统设计方案。采用模块化的设计方法,阴极电源模块和各收集极电源模块功能独立,便于功率扩展。单电源模块可实现输出电压-1~-25 kV,输出电流0~500 mA,输出功率5 kW。详细阐述了零电压多谐振软开关条件下,4种工作模式的谐振过程和能量传递。提出了闭环稳压的间歇控制策略,减小了电源在轻载或空载条件下的开关损耗。最后给出不同工况下电源的主要工作波形,证明该设计方案的正确性和有效性。
A kind of manufacture way of high voltage power supply for high power traveling wave tubes test system is proposed.The modular design is applied and each module works independently which is easy to extend power.The output voltage of a module is -1^-25 kV,the output current is 0-500 mA,and the output power is 5 kW.The reso- nant process and energy transference of 4 work modes are illustrated on zero-voltage soft-switching of multi-resonance circuit.The intermittent control method is introduced and the switching losses are reduced on light-load or no-load.Fi- nally, the validity and practicality are verified by the operation waveforms.
