摘要
针对双馈电机励磁控制技术的特殊性,建立了其励磁电压和频率的控制模型,研究了一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)和变频器的新型双馈电机励磁控制技术。该方法利用USS通信协议实现PLC对变频器输出特性的动态控制,能对变频器输出频率和电压进行单独调节。在此基础上,构建了实验系统,进行相关实验研究。理论分析和实验结果表明,该控制方法是可行的,特别适用于双馈电机等需要进行变频、变压控制的负载,具有广阔的应用前景。
According to the particularity of doubly-fed motor excitation control technology, this paper establishes the double-fed motor excitation voltage and frequency control model, and researches a novel doubly-fed motor excitation control technology based on a programmable logic controller(PLC) and converter.This method realizes the PLC dynamic control of converter output characteristics based on USS communication protocol, and makes the output frequency and voltage can be adjusted separately.On this basis,the experiment system is built to relate experiments.Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the control method is feasible and especially adapted to the loads like doubly-fed motors and other loads which need frequency conversion control or transformer control.In conclusion, this technology has broad application prospects.
