The Status and Duty of Poet:An Interpretation of the Prolog of Hesiod's Theogony

赫西俄德在《神谱》的序诗中讲到诗神缪斯与赫西俄德"我"的相遇。在此序诗中,可以看出赫西俄德首次确认了诗人的自我意识和权力;也可以看出诗人的职责和使命就是歌唱《神谱》,歌唱宙斯神族的统治秩序。

In the prolog of Hesiod＇ Theogony Muses taught Hesiod glorious song. By examining and analyzing this paragraph,this paper tries to indicate that it is Hesiod who first established the poet＇ s status and duty to utter the song praising the order of justice of Zeus.
