摘要 作为个体的教师,关注教师专业发展,要把形成教学风格作为自己专业成长的标尺,追求在教学中有自己的教学思想、有自己运用熟练的教学方法、有富有成效的教学过程设计、有独具个人特色的教学语言、有良好的教学作风,从而形成自己的教学风格。
