上海市区县竞技体育项目管理发展现状与对策——以徐汇区为例

Status Quo of the Development of Competitive Sports Management in Districts and County of Shanghai —— Taking Xuhui District as an Example

通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、统计分析法等,结合上海市徐汇区多年来的实际,不断强化项目管理,创新运行机制,探索竞技体育向纵深发展,实现体育教练员队伍建设整体提升、体育后备人才选材培养显效和竞技体育跨越式发展的实践现状进行研探分析,找出制约发展的瓶颈,进而探索区县竞技体育未来可持续发展的思路、方法和对策。

By the methods of document consultation,expert interview and statistics,the article focuses on the practice in Xuhui District in the past several years,which features combining with the reality of the District,strengthening the management,innovating operation mechanism,exploring further development of competitive sports,upgrading the quality of the coaches,paying attention to bringing up reserved talents and realizing the great-leap-forward development of competitive sports.It tries to find out the factors restricting the further development and discover the new ways and methods for the future sustainable development of competitive sports in districts and countries.
