摘要
抽样调查我国7个省市散打运动员中级选材标准,对身体形态、机能水平和身体素质等内容进行了比较,对进一步完善散打训练教学大纲中级选材内容提出了建议。
This paper makes sample surveys in 7 provinces and cities in China on Sanda athlete intermediate selection criteria,comparing body shape,function and physical quality content,to further provide proposals on the Sanda training syllabus intermediate material content.
