摘要
文章以深圳市龙岗区图书馆为实例,采用欧洲通用评估标准(CAF),探讨了公共图书馆社会效益评估的问题。
Taking Longgang District Library as an example,This article researches the measurement and evaluation of social benefits resulting from the public library with European Common Assessment Framework（CAF）.
