摘要
针对日益严重的道路交通拥挤问题,基于视频检测获得的道路占有率、平均速度、车流量3个交通特征参数,提出适用于城市交通拥堵判别的改进模糊综合判别模型。通过研究交通特征参数与道路拥挤状况的关系,提出拥堵预判别和依据不同拥堵状况采用不同权重集合的方法。通过实际采集的视频数据,对算法进行验证,以证明本文方法的有效性。
Aiming at increasingly serious problems of road traffic congestion and based on three traffic characteristic parameters,i.e.the rate of road occupation,average speed and traffic volume obtained by video detection,this paper proposes an improved fuzzy comprehensive discriminative model applicable to discrimination for urban traffic congestion.With study on the relationship between traffic characteristic parameters and conditions of road congestion,the paper offers the methods for pre-discrimination of congestion and adoption of different weight sets according to different conditions of congestion.Based on practically collected video data,the algorithms are verified so as to prove the effectiveness of the methods employed by the paper.
