摘要
社会认知的归因理论能够帮助我们很好理解个体及群体行为背后的原因。本文首先对人际关系的概念进行解析,并指出图书馆干群之间、图书馆员与读者之间发生人际冲突的根本原因在于归因方式的不同。在此基础上,提出了构建图书馆积极关系的几点参考意见。
The attribution theory could help us to understand the reasons of the behavior of the people.This paper analyzes the concept of interpersonal relationship,and points out that attribution differences between cadres,librarians and readers which is the basic reason of interpersonal conflicts,then puts forward several suggestions for building library positive relationship.
