高校图书馆采编工作阻滞因素的探究——以纸质资源为例

Probing into the Blocking Factors of Acquisition and Cataloguing Work of University Library——Taking Book Resource as Example

图书馆采编工作是高校图书馆业务工作的起点,其工作质量关乎图书馆服务质量。文章从采访图书结构不合理和采编工作效率低下两个角度分析高校图书馆纸质资源采编工作中的阻滞因素,进而从遴选图书供应商、调整优化馆藏结构、建立健全采编工作考核制度和合理规划工作流程等方面提出解决这些阻滞因素的具体策略。

The book acquisition and cataloguing work is the starting point of university library business,the quality of which is closely related to the service quality of a library.This paper,from the aspects of unreasonable book structure and low working efficiency,analyzes the blocking factors in the acquisition and cataloguing work of book resource in university library,on the basis of which the paper puts forward specific strategies to solve these obstructive factors from aspects of selecting books supplier,adjusting and optimizing books collection structure,establishing the assessment system of acquisition and cataloguing work,planning work technological process and so on.
