Discussion about County Library Free Opening

本文从公共图书馆免费开放的原则分析,指出县级图书馆馆员必须更新理念,牢固树立"普遍开放,均等服务,以人为本"的核心原则,深刻理解免费开放的真正意义,积极创新,用新的理念指导和完善各项工作,并以笔者所在县馆免费开放实践出发,提出县级图书馆应对免费开放的几点看法。

On the principle of the public library free opening-up policy,this article analyses and points out that the county level librarians must update ideas,firmly establish the principle of ＂universal opening-up,equal service with people-orientation ＂,deeply understand the true meaning of free service and opening-up,actively participate in innovation,and complete various tasks guided by the new concept.Based on the county library free open practice,the writer proposes some suggestions towards county level libraries to deal with free opening-up service.
